Recipes

I hope you enjoy my recipes. Each one has been tried and tested by my customers in my tea room at the Winery, friends and family. I have also been lucky enough to have some recipes created by chefs such as DickĀ & James Strawbridge and Jason Atherton.

All of my recipes are based on the flavours I use to create my wines, vodkas, meads and liqueurs. These can range from a jelly to a curry and anything between, seeking lost and forgotten foods and recipes with the most recent discovery; Rose Petal and Gerianium Ice Cream.
